Amazing Jakes

I forgot to put these pictures on my blog before, so I'll do it now! Earlier in July Nate and I took our kids and Maggie and Brigham to Amazing Jakes. They had a great time! Chase was thrilled when we went to eat because his all-time favorite movie, Willy Wonka, was on! They ate, played, ate more and played more. It was nice to be cool and have fun!

Our New Kitten

Nate is a major animal lover and our kids have never had a pet, so we decided to get a kitten. We named him Jack. He's adorable, but still a baby so he likes to play! :)

Our Mini Vacation

Blake and Hallie got to go to Florida with their Dad to visit the family in early June. Nate and I wanted to do something with Chase, but Nate's work hours can be crazy, so we decided to stay at a nice resort in Scottsdale for a long weekend. We took Chase to the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, went swimming and just relaxed. It was nice! I think Chase loved having us all to himself!

Father's Day

I took some pictures of Chase and Hallie on their way over to visit their Dad for Father's Day, because I thought they looked so cute! Blake was not "in the mood" to have his picture taken... He's turning into a "pre-teen" way too quickly!

Swim Lessons

As I wrote about earlier in my blog, Chase has been very afraid of the water this year. I decided to put him in swim lessons and boy has he turned around! He's loving the water and has gained a lot of confidence! His teacher, Phillis, has got him jumping off the side and swimming to the steps all by himself! He even loved the waterslide by the end of class! I couldn't be more proud!

Hallie's 7th Birthday

Hallie celebrated her 7th birthday at the Uncle Bret's and Aunt Edna's pool. She and her friends had a blast! It was such a nice day too, especially for June in Arizona! She had a great time with some of her cousins, a couple friends from her school class and some of her lifelong friends.
